What is HIKO Nose threads lifting?
At KLEAM Clinic, we offer a non-surgical method for nose enhancement using PDO threads (FDA approved) and hyaluronic acid-based fillers. This procedure enhances the nose bridge and tip, creating a smooth and defined line without the need for cuts or surgery. The HIKO method is especially suitable for those who desire a higher, more sculpted nose bridge and tip but do not want to undergo traditional surgery. The PDO threads used in this procedure are absorbable and will gradually dissolve over 6-12 months, leaving behind collagen to maintain the shape of the nose naturally for longer.

Effects and Intervals
Duration depends on the product, treatment area, and individual characteristics.
Korean fillers generally last 6-12 months, while Western fillers last about 1 year.
Follow-up treatments can be planned after swelling and bruising subside, typically after a few weeks.
Precautions
Through post-treatment care, you can achieve even more definite results
Medication Instructions
To prevent inflammation and ease discomfort, continue taking prescribed medication for 3 days. Inform the doctor about any antibiotic allergies.
Avoid
Avoid alcohol, saunas, or hot baths for 3-7 days after the procedure.
Do not Worry
Bruising, swelling, pain, or a foreign body sensation might occur but will generally subside within 1-2 weeks. If the symptoms persist or you notice any changes in skin color, blisters, itching, or prolonged heat, contact the clinic for advice.
Important
Avoid external pressure on the treated area for 2-3 weeks to prevent shape distortion (e.g., tight hats, lying on your face, wearing glasses, or getting facial massages).
Treatment Q&A
Q. What is the difference between Hiko and nose fillers?
HIKO uses hyaluronic acid fillers and dissolving PDO threads to improve both the nose bridge and tip, making it different from regular nose fillers, which only add volume. The PDO threads provide extra support, enhancing the nose shape while stimulating collagen production. The result is a more natural, long-lasting nose shape.
Q. Can I still undergo Hiko after a nose surgery?
If you have had nose surgery, we typically recommend avoiding Hiko treatment as the skin might have scar tissue, making the procedure riskier. The best option is to consult with the doctor for a precise evaluation.
